Brinat: drying of the Rhenish Riesling grape in the attic for an elegant sweet wine
Since 1981 it has been our sweet, austere yet so vital white wine. Produced from Rhenish Riesling grapes grown in Picedo, carefully selected in the vineyard and dried in ventilated attics until the first frost. It elevates itself in new barrels and then for a long time in the bottle.
