Pasini San Giovanni, landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb in Raffa di Puegnago del Garda, präsentiert die Installation “Das Mittelmeer des Nordens” anlässlich Profumi di Mosto im Oktober 2020.
An der neuen Edition dieser Veranstaltung der öno-gastronomischen Routen auf Entdeckung der Rosé- und Rotweine des Valtènesi-Tals, an der Brescianer Riviera des Gardasees, beteiligt sich auch das Unternehmen Pasini San Giovanni, das einen Ansatz wählt, der einer emotionalen Erzählung gewidmet ist.

Das Mittelmeer des Nordens ist eine Liebeserklärung und eine Hommage an das einzigartige Mikroklima, das das Valtènesi-Tal auszeichnet.
Die Holzpaneele, die ein Jahr lang die Käfige der Installation „Vierte Dimension“ getragen hatten, sind zur idealen Bühne für die intensive und leuchtende Farbe der Sonne geworden, die mit beispielhafter Klarheit die Wärme des Mittelmeers zwischen den Alpen erzählt.
Eine senkrechte Wand von fast 100 Quadratmetern, gewellt wie die Sonnenfläche, lackiert in Gelb RAL 1023, die auf den ersten Blick anzieht und wärmt und zur idealen Kulisse für unzählige fotografische Erzählungen werden kann.
Ein 2020 ins Leben gerufener Wettbewerb, gekennzeichnet mit dem Hashtag #saltachetipassa, lud den Besucher des Unternehmens ein, sich beim Springen auf die gelbe Wand verewigen zu lassen!
Die Installation wird bleiben und wird ein ganzes Jahr lang im Hof von Pasini San Giovanni besuchbar sein. Nach der Pflege des Weinbergs und der önologischen Expertise feiern wir die Einzigartigkeit des Gebiets.
